Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery (Australia): 2–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (Australia): 1–3 business days

  • International (if applicable): 7–21 business days

Out of Stock Items:
If an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you within 2 business days and provide options such as:

  • waiting for restock

  • choosing an alternative product

  • receiving a refund

Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Order Fulfilment & Product Availability

If we are unable to process or fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you via email within two (2) business days of receiving your payment. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund.

If any item you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will also inform you within two (2) business days and provide options such as a full refund, a back-order (where applicable), or an alternative product.
