Truebluegems Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Truebluegems. We want you to be completely satisfied with your gemstone. To ensure eligibility for a return, please carefully follow the instructions below. Failure to comply with these guidelines will void the return policy.

Step One: Upon Receiving Your Stone

• Your parcel from Truebluegems will include an instruction card. Please read it thoroughly before handling the item.
• Inspect the stone carefully while it remains inside the sealed casing.
• Do not open or break the seal.
• If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Truebluegems immediately via our Contact Page or by email.

Step Two: If You Are Dissatisfied

• The stone may be inspected only through the sealed casing.
• If you wish to inspect the stone more closely, you must contact Truebluegems first—either by email or through our website—before breaking the seal.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

• The seal remains unbroken
• The stone is returned in its original condition
• All care and return instructions have been followed
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Step Three: Returning the Stone

• Returns must be sent via Australia Post Express with tracking.
• Shipping insurance is mandatory and must cover the full value of the stone.
• Insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Truebluegems is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not insured.

Refunds

Once Truebluegems receives and inspects the returned item, you will be notified of the outcome. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
